In order to return, the Buyer may do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the goods. The Buyer informs the Seller by e-mail. by post and fill in a special return form indicating the name of the returned goods, the order number and the reasons for the return.

The cost of returning defective goods is covered by the name. In all other cases, the return of the goods is paid by the customer.

The buyer can return the goods within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods, informing the seller. The goods are returned by registered mail (by Lithuanian post) or by selected courier service. Please inform us by e-mail about the shipment. by mail or phone.

The product must be unused without losing its commercial appearance (undamaged labels, peel-off protective films, etc.).
