General provisions

  1. These Online Store Rules (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) are a legal document binding on the Parties, which sets out the e-mail address of the Buyer and shop (hereinafter – the Seller) rights and obligations, conditions for concluding a purchase and sale agreement, purchase and payment for goods, delivery and return of products, liability of the parties and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of goods in the online store.
  2. All legal and natural persons who have reached the age of majority, whose capacity is not restricted by court order, and minors under the age of 18 have the right to buy in the online store only with the consent of their parents or guardians, except in cases where they independently dispose of their income. .
  3. The Buyer, by approving the Rules, warrants that in accordance with the rules 1. 2. has the right to purchase goods in the online store.
  4. The Seller has the right to unilaterally change, amend or supplement the Rules at any time, taking into account the requirements established by legal acts. Changes to the rules take effect from the moment they are published in the online store. If the Buyer continues to use the Store after the publication of the amended Rules, it means that the Buyer unconditionally agrees to all amendments to the Rules.
  5. The online store sells in the territories of the Republic of Lithuania.

Protection of personal data

The Buyer understands and agrees that any actions taken after logging in to the online store using the Buyer’s login details will be considered by the Seller as actions taken by the Buyer, therefore the Buyer undertakes to ensure the confidentiality of the login details and not to disclose them to third parties. persons would not use them.
  4. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer’s personal data to third parties except in cases when it is necessary for the proper fulfillment of the Buyer’s order. In all other cases, the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania shall apply.

By approving these rules, the Buyer agrees that the personal data provided by the Buyer will be processed in the online store for the purpose of analysis of the Seller’s activities and direct marketing. The Buyer also agrees that the e-mail specified by the Buyer information messages necessary for ordering the goods would be sent to the e-mail address and telephone number.

Conclusion of a purchase and sale agreement

  1. A purchase and sale agreement is concluded for each order. The agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer forms a shopping cart in the online store in his own name, indicates the delivery address, chooses the payment method, and reads these “Buy” or “Order” button and pays for the goods.

Buyer ‘s rights and obligations

  4. If the Buyer’s data provided in the registration form changes, the Buyer must update it immediately.
  5. The Buyer, using the online store, agrees with these Purchase and Sale Rules and undertakes to comply with them and not to violate the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

Rights and obligations of the seller

  1. In the event of significant circumstances, the Seller has the right to temporarily or permanently terminate the operation of the e-shop without separate notice.
  2. The Seller undertakes to create all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the lt online store.

If the Buyer tries to damage the stability and security of the online store, violates its obligations, makes orders, does not pay for them, the Buyer cannot be contacted several times or otherwise damages the store’s activities, the Seller has the right to immediately and without notice, to suspend or cancel the Buyer’s access to the online store, not to fulfill his orders, and to prosecute malicious Buyers.
  4. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer’s right to privacy of the personal information belonging to the Buyer specified in the online store registration form and will not transfer it to third parties.

Price of goods and procedure for their payment

  1. In the online store and in the formed order, the prices of the goods are indicated in Euros with VAT.

When ordering the product, the Buyer confirms that the information about the product provided in the e-shop is complete and clear to him.
  3. The Seller has the right to change the range of goods in the Store, their descriptions, prices, delivery conditions and other information in the Store at any time without informing the Buyer.
  4. The delivery fee is not included in the price of the product, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  5. The Buyer can pay for the goods in one of the following ways: The Buyer can pay using the Paysera (mokė payment system, with the help of which the Buyer will be directed to his e-mail. banking.
  6. By bank transfer to the account: after choosing the payment methods 6.5.1 and 6.5.2, and not paying for the goods within 2 (two) working days, KOMFORTAS.EU has the right to cancel the order without prior notice.

Delivery of goods

  1. The Seller delivers the goods in Lithuania
  2. The buyer, having chosen the delivery service during the order, undertakes to indicate the exact delivery address, postal code, exact contact telephone number and other additional information (staircase code, etc.).
  3. The buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that the Buyer is unable to accept the goods himself and delivers the goods to the specified address, the Buyer shall not have the right to make claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods to the wrong entity.
  4. The buyer undertakes to accept the goods the day after receipt of the notice that the consignment will be delivered to him. If the buyer does not accept and / or collect the shipment, it will be transported repeatedly. For repeated deliveries, the Seller has the right to charge the Buyer if these deliveries will incur additional costs.
  5. The goods are delivered by the Seller, the Seller’s authorized representative (courier).
  6. The Seller delivers the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the terms specified in the Product Descriptions. In exceptional cases, the delivery of goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Seller. In this case, the Seller undertakes to contact the Buyer immediately and agree on the terms of delivery. In all cases, the Seller is released from liability for violation of the terms of delivery of goods, if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are not delivered on time due to the fault of the Buyer or due to circumstances beyond the control of the Seller.
  7. The delivery price is fixed and does not change when purchasing more than one item.
  8. If the buyer notices any violations of the packaging during delivery, he must indicate the comments in the delivery document provided by the courier or draw up a separate report regarding these violations. The Buyer must do this in the presence of a courier. Failure to do so shall release the Seller from liability to the Buyer for any damage to the goods related to packaging damage that the Buyer has not identified in the courier’s delivery document.
  9. The buyer has no discretion to change the delivery address of the goods once the shipment has left. If the place of delivery is changed in person in consultation with a courier or other service providing delivery, the Seller is not responsible for meeting the delivery deadline and has the right to charge the Buyer for additional costs incurred due to arbitrary change of the customer’s delivery address. (Costs incurred may be covered by an additional invoice to the Buyer or deducted from the amount of returned goods.


  1. The goods sold in the e-shop are guaranteed by the manufacturer.
  2. In the event that the Seller does not provide a guarantee for certain types of goods, the guarantee provided in accordance with Lithuanian legislation shall apply.
  3. The validity period of the goods sold in the store is unlimited, unless otherwise stated next to the goods.

Return and exchange of goods

  1. The return of goods takes place in accordance with the retail trade rules approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania.
  2. In order to return the goods, the Buyer may do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the goods to the buyer. The Buyer must inform the Seller by e-mail. by mail and by filling in a special return form, indicating the name of the returned goods, the order number and the reasons for the return.
  3. The money will be transferred to the bank account specified by the Buyer no later than 14 days after the return of the goods and purchase documents (ie the invoice).
  4. The Buyer is not reimbursed for the delivery costs of the Goods.
  5. The cost of returning the products (without defects) is borne by the Buyer.
  6. The returned product must be in the original neat packaging, undamaged, unused, without the same equipment as the Buyer received, without losing the appearance of the product (undamaged labels, etc.) (this item does not apply in case of return of defective product). When returning the product, it is necessary to present the document of its purchase.
  7. The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not comply with 2., 3. and 5. the terms and conditions for the return of the goods set out in The goods returned by the buyer will be assessed whether the products have been returned in accordance with the above conditions. If the conditions have not been met, the money will not be refunded. Delivery or pick-up in such cases will be negotiated individually.
  8. When returning the received wrong product and / or defective product, the Seller undertakes to accept such goods and replace them with similar suitable goods within a reasonable time.
  9. In the event that the Seller does not have goods suitable for replacement, the amount paid for the goods shall be refunded to the Buyer.

Exchange of information

  1. The Seller shall send all notices to the e-mail address provided in the Buyer’s registration form.
  2. The Buyer shall send all notices and questions to the address specified in the “Contacts” section of the Seller’s e-shop.

Final Provisions

  1. Electronic stores The rules have been drawn up in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, therefore the law of the Republic of Lithuania applies to the relations arising on their basis.
  2. All disputes arising out of or in connection with the contract of sale between the Buyer and the Seller shall be settled by negotiation. In case of failure to reach an agreement, disagreements shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
