DELIVERY
- Goods are delivered within 7-10 working days, in exceptional cases delivery may take up to 14 working days.
- The goods are delivered by courier or Lithuanian post.
- The goods are delivered free of charge if the purchase amount is more than 30 €. The goods are delivered by courier only on working days, from 8 am to 5 pm. If you are not currently at the address provided, choose mail delivery.
- The delivery price is fixed and does not change when purchasing more than one item.
- All goods sent by Lithuanian post have a registration code, so you will receive a shipment tracking number.
- Delivery prices: € 0.00 – by courier.
General information:
- The Seller delivers the goods in Lithuania.
- The buyer, having chosen the delivery service during the order, undertakes to indicate the exact delivery address, postal code, exact contact telephone number and other additional information (staircase code, etc.).
- The buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that the Buyer is unable to accept the goods himself and the goods are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer shall not have the right to make claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods to the wrong entity.
- The buyer undertakes to accept the goods the day after receipt of the notice that the consignment will be delivered to him. If the buyer does not accept and / or collect the shipment, it will be transported repeatedly. For repeated deliveries, the Seller has the right to charge the Buyer if these deliveries will incur additional costs.
- The goods are delivered by the Seller, the Seller’s authorized representative (courier).
- The Seller delivers the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the terms specified in the Product Descriptions. In exceptional cases, the delivery of goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Seller. In all cases, the Seller is released from liability for violation of the terms of delivery of goods, if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are not delivered on time due to the fault of the Buyer or due to circumstances beyond the control of the Seller.
- The delivery price is fixed and does not change when purchasing more than one item. The Buyer must immediately inform the Seller if the consignment is presented in a sealed or otherwise damaged package, if the consignment contains unsolicited goods or their incorrect quantity, the product is incomplete.
- If the buyer notices any violations of the packaging during delivery, he must indicate the comments in the delivery document provided by the courier or draw up a separate report regarding these violations. The Buyer must do this in the presence of a courier. Failure to do so shall release the Seller from liability to the Buyer for any damage to the goods related to packaging damage that the Buyer has not identified in the courier’s delivery document.
- The buyer has no discretion to change the delivery address of the goods once the shipment has left. If the place of delivery is changed in person in consultation with a courier or other service providing delivery, the Seller is not responsible for meeting the delivery deadline and has the right to charge the Buyer for additional costs incurred due to arbitrary change of the customer’s delivery address. The incurred costs can be covered by issuing an additional invoice to the Buyer, or deducted from the amount of returned goods.
RETURN
- In order to return, the Buyer may do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the goods. The Buyer informs the Seller by e-mail. by post and fill in a special return form indicating the name of the returned goods, the order number and the reasons for the return.
- The cost of returning defective goods is covered by the name. In all other cases, the return of the goods is paid by the customer.
- The buyer can return the goods within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods, informing the seller. The goods are returned by registered mail (by Lithuanian post) or by selected courier service. Please inform us by e-mail about the shipment. by mail or phone.
- The product must be unused without losing its commercial appearance (undamaged labels, peel-off protective films, etc.).
- The return of goods takes place in accordance with the Government of the Republic of Lithuania. approved retail rules.
- In order to return, the Buyer may do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the goods to the Buyer. The Buyer must inform the Seller by e-mail. by mail and by filling in a special exchange – return form, indicating the name of the returned goods, the order number and the reasons for the return.
- The money will be transferred to the bank account specified by the Buyer no later than 14 days after the return of the goods and purchase documents (ie the invoice).
- The Buyer is not reimbursed for the delivery costs of the Goods.
- The cost of returning the products (without defects) is borne by the Buyer.
- The returned product must be in the original neat packaging, undamaged, unused, without the same equipment as the Buyer received, without losing the appearance of the product (undamaged labels, etc.) (this item does not apply in case of return of defective product). When returning the product, it is necessary to present the document of its purchase.
- The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not comply with 2., 3. and 5. the terms and conditions for the return of the goods set out in The goods returned by the buyer will be assessed whether the products have been returned in accordance with the above conditions. If the conditions have not been met, the money will not be refunded. Delivery or pick-up in such cases will be negotiated individually.
- When returning the received wrong product and / or defective product, the Seller undertakes to accept such goods and replace them with similar suitable goods within a reasonable time.
- In the event that the Seller does not have goods suitable for replacement, the amount paid for the goods shall be refunded to the Buyer.
